Educational Requirements:
∎ HSC/ Degree Pass/ Honors from any recognized College/University with minimum second class/division or equivalent GPA/CGPA in all academic examinations.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 1 year(s)
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Through home to home visit identify and registration of children and adolescent for the child protection services, PSS, LSBE and other community led initiatives.
∎ Centre based and home based LSBE session conduction and regular home visit
∎ Take session on structured PSS, informal free play or recreational session.
∎ Maintain attendance and follow-up the activity with the children and adolescent regular basis,
∎ Conduct monthly meeting with youth group and adolescent group as well as CBCPC member and take proactive role to reinforce the child protection activities,
∎ Build up the awareness for the children regarding the protection and self-care,
∎ Develop the capacity of the Volunteer who is working inside the Multi-purpose child and adolescent centre and outside the centre
∎ Make sure the camp administration according to the project need.
∎ To participate in the refreshers training for capacity development
∎ Timely reporting to the relevant authority regarding the MPC activities.
∎ To give the different life skill messages to the adolescent for their self-care.
∎ Recording and reporting the day-to-day status of the children and the drop-in care center.
∎ Building positive and effective relationship with the children, parents, employers and community leaders.
∎ Maintain coordination with other agencies offering child protection services to children and adolescent
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 14 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Child Protection in Emergencies in humanitarian setting.
∎ Structured and Community Based Psychosocial Support.
∎ Work plan and application of the work plan.
∎ Child safeguarding policy.
∎ Minimum Slandered for child protection in humanitarian action.
∎ Reporting and Planning.
∎ Manage stress and emotions, Problem solving skills.
∎ Be flexible and open to change, adapt to cultural differences.
∎ Creative way and decision making skills.
∎ Communication and networking skills.
∎ Reporting skills and Compassion.
