Educational Requirements:
∎ HSC from any recognized College.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Field Assistant will be responsible for confirming 100% video integration / showing in CFS / HPL center. (3 HPL's & 6 session every day)
∎ Field Assistant will conduct the video session and confirming 100% attendance of children participation in CFS center
∎ Field Assistant is responsible for teaching how to play indoor games / video integration content, Training receive & refreshers conduct. The will ensure every day sowing video in 3 HPL's under 6 session
∎ Field Assistant is responsible to personal contact with children's parents about video content
∎ Field Assistant will be responsible for timely reporting to the CFS Manager. He / she also responsible for video player preservation , charging , Security
∎ Field Assistant will be join monthly parents and CBCPC meeting about video content related work/ Survey, Research ,Materials & Biscuits distribution related work
∎ Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme's goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 18 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ She has the ability to analyses child phycology and child right. IT related knowledge
∎ She has the ability to understand child expectation and mix with them easily. Basic IT related skills
∎ Capable to motivate peers and team members for implementation of programs by coordination of work through right directions to achieve the target.
∎ Person with disability are encouraged to apply
