Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters degree in any discipline
∎ Graduate/ Master Degree, preferably from any reputed education institute.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 8 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ The Faculty will develop a Learning and development strategy articulated with the bank's Strategy.
∎ Communicate with Respective Division for In-house training requirement
∎ Ensure preparation of in-house training plan
∎ Develop presentations, materials and case studies which will be used for training and educating staff
∎ To have responsibility for monitoring the design and delivery of training programs including E-learning.
∎ Conducting training sessions
∎ Communicate and coordinate with different resource persons
∎ Prepare various monthly reports
∎ Working with Head of Learning & Development and ensuring that learning & Development goal are adhered
∎ To work with the Finance to ensure that expenditure on the teaching and learning budget is kept within agreed limits

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 50 years
∎ Computer literacy: MS Word, Excel and Power point
∎ Experience in organizing, conducting and coordinating training session or training programs.
∎ Minimum 5 years in any reputed Bank or financial organization
∎ Good communication and presentation skill

Salary:
∎ Negotiable
∎ Salary and Designation will depend on the experience and background of the selected candidates
