Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Supervise embroidery workers and guide their daily tasks.
∎ Give each artisan the right clothing pieces to work on based on their skills.
∎ Make sure the work is done properly and up to quality standards.
∎ Keep track of orders and make sure products are finished and sent out on time.
∎ Maintain simple and clear records of orders and deadlines.
∎ Keep a record of when each artisan works.
∎ Report any issues with time or attendance.
∎ Calculate and give payments to artisans based on the work they complete.
∎ Keep payment records clear and accurate.
∎ Check stock levels of threads, fabrics, and other materials.
∎ Buy more materials when needed and stay in touch with suppliers.
∎ Fill out and update paperwork for production, stock, and workers.
∎ Share regular updates with the business owner about work progress.

This role needs someone who can manage people well and stay on top of many tasks at once.

∎ Artisan Oversight:
∎ Supervise embroidery workers and guide their daily tasks.

∎ Production & Dispatch:
∎ Keep track of orders and make sure products are finished and sent out on time.
