• Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly production reports.

• Analyze production data to identify areas of improvement.

• 4-5 years of experience in a manufacturing or production setting, with a minimum of 1-2years in a supervisory position.

• Excellent leadership and team management capabilities.

• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

The selected individual is responsible for overseeing daily operations on the factory floor,ensuring that production targets are met effectively, safely,and in accordance with high-quality standards. This position includes supervising personnel, coordinating production timelines,maintaining equipment, and ensuring adherence to health, safety, and regulatory requirements.

• Plan,coordinate, and oversee manufacturing processes to meet production targets and deadlines.

• Track performance, adjust schedules as needed, and optimize resource utilization,including manpower, machinery, and materials.

• Supervise and lead production staff, monitor attendance, productivity, and discipline, and provide training to enhance performance.

• Ensure quality standards are maintained throughout production and collaborate with quality control to resolve issues and immplement improvements.

• Maintain machines and equipment, working with maintenance teams for regular upkeep and repairs.

• Manage raw material availability and oversee inventory and procurement to ensure timely supply.
