Job Responsibilities:
∎ Nursing of buyers, the capacity for handling very demanding and globally renowned buyers.
∎ Attending in buyers' meetings and showing skills of presentation, negotiation, preparing cost sheets to ensure better prices for the company.
∎ Maintain our lead time and buyers' given delivery date of the product by ensuring on-time yarn and accessories sourcing, follow up with the commercial team to ensure supplies on time, coordinate with Yarn Manager and Store Manager by providing and receiving the update for the relevant supplies on time.
∎ Coordinate with the sample section to ensure proper sample design for buyers, send the sample on time and follow up any comments or acceptance of that sample from the buyer side.
∎ Must maintain a schedule of overall activity for all assign styles of the buyers and share with Merchandiser Manager.
∎ Always ready to communicate on email & WhatsApp.
∎ Required to provide a prompt response for top management and buyers.
∎ Cooperate with Deputy Managing Director activity and help DMD to maintain Planning, Organizing, Leading and Controlling within his team
∎ Maintain liaison with the buyers on a continuous basis to get and ensure more orders in the future.
∎ It must not provide misleading information to the top management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
Salary: Tk. 30000 - 50000 (Monthly)
Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Mobile bill, Tour allowance, Performance bonus
∎ Salary Review: Yearly
∎ Depth knowledge and practical experience on the calculation of costing, budgeting, and fabrics booking sheet, BOM sheet.
∎ Able to maintain Time & Action (T&A) plan.
∎ Work closely with Fabrics, Production & Planning Dept. to ensure smooth supply chain of fabric, trims, print, AOP, embellishment and timely production and final inspection/ delivery
∎ Work closely with production, quality control /QA Team to take care of all aspects of quality from initial to final stage and ensure best final product.
∎ Handle sample development and approval process efficiently to the satisfaction of the buyers
∎ Must have sound knowledge about product consumption, costing & pricing process/procedure.
