Job Context:
∎ Wellness Ventures Ltd. is a sister concern of Labaid Group is looking for a Factory Manager who has the ability to manage factory operations independently.
∎ As a Factory Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the performance and delegating tasks to workers. You will also be responsible for ensuring that the factory targets are met. You should also maintain a positive work environment and demonstrate good leadership abilities.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Planning factory daily routines;
∎ Meeting customer's expectations and demands;
∎ Supervising the factory staffs on the production floor;
∎ Maintaining high standards of the production area;
∎ Implementing production strategies as per the requirements;
∎ Monitoring the factory operations;
∎ Creating and enforcing quality control standards as like FDA, ISO;
∎ Implementing machine maintenance operating procedures;
∎ Suggesting improvements in the strategies;
∎ Preparing production schedules and reports;
∎ Presenting the reports to the higher management;
∎ Providing training to the new employees;
∎ Inspecting the quality of the finished products.
∎ The job description may be changed/revised if the management deemed necessary;
∎ Perform any other duties & responsibilities assigned by the management as & when required.

∎ Age at least 35 years
∎ Skills Required: Food Processing Factory operations, Production Management, Production planning, Compliance Related works
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):FMCG, Food & Beverage, Chain Restaurant, Hotel/Resort factory Operations
