∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Strategic Procurement, Supply Chain Management.
∎ Having prior experience with Hotel / Restaurant/ Resort/ Super shop Procurement will be an added advantage.
∎ Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Managing sourcing activities and visit in the market frequently in order to develop new vendors for raw materials or services that have to be purchased.
∎ Collecting, analyzing, comparing, reviewing, and then finalizing the order within a competitive price.
∎ Maintaining and updating supplier (perishable and non-perishable food) information such as qualifications, delivery times, product ranges, etc.
∎ ;Ensuring that all procured items meet the required quality standards and specifications.
∎ Continuously hunting reliable vendors or suppliers in order to maximize the company's profitability.
∎ Timely follow-up with the vendor for delivery of material & service in post-purchase order.
∎ Maintaining accurate purchase and pricing records.
∎ Maintaining good supplier relations and negotiating contracts.
∎ Perform any other relevant task assigned by the Management.
∎ We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our team as Sr. Executive / Assistant Manager- Supply Chain Dept. As a key member of our central procurement, you will be responsible for formulating and driving a consistent approach towards group sourcing and supply and analyzing and interpreting data to provide valuable insights and support strategic decision-making.
