• Tent/Garments/Apparels Manufacturing or Multinational Companies’ Production Experience would be an added advantage

• Experience in work study/IE along with technical knowledge on sewing machines, will be considered as an advantage

• Should have minimum knowledge in social, technical audit

• Able to work independently and proactively

• Capable of working under pressure

• We are a well-established Tent manufacturing company located in the Chittagong Export Processing Zone (CEPZ) and we are looking for a highly motivated Factory Manager for its Production Department.
• To lead the production team with its required command, guidance, appropriate direction and supervision in order for its daily/weekly/monthly production target achievement.
• Having close coordination with Sales, Production Planning, Sample making department and other related sections to make the production team clear understanding on sample before its bulk production.
• To guide the team for an effective machine lay-out to execute its production schedule and to ensure utilization of the man, machines, materials in a cost effective manner.
• Monitoring hourly production as per its set target.
• Report to production head on its daily production status.
• Make the team clear understanding on their respective duties & responsibilities at each level and coach/guide them proper way of achieving company’s goal.
• To make the team accountable for any target achievement failure and take necessary action immediately.
• To ensure a tidy, neat & clean production floor in line with its buyers’ compliance requirements.
• To initiate on the job training for the development of the team members.
• Any Other responsibility assigned by the Management.
