• Over 10- 15 years of experience in Chemical Industry with at least 5 years in senior/ top management role
• Strong understanding of global chemical markets with expertise in sales, marketing, supply chain and manufacturing. 
• Previous experience in a QMS Certified unit will be an added advantage. 
• Exposure on overall Techno Commercial Managerial capabilities is a must.
• Decisive leader with proven ability to improve business performance, drive growth, enhance shareholder value and nurture talent.
• Demonstrated skill of organization and business scale up would be considered positively.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiating skills. Persistent and patient in difficult situations.
• Displays sound judgment and highest ethical standards. 

• Independently setup the factory and liaison with local departments/authorities for all related factory setup aspects, including Industry Land, Building, and Electricity.
• Oversee daily operations, & ensure process improvements across all operations verticals.
• Be actively involved in major business transactions, financial commitments, and capital expenditures, focusing on maximizing investment returns.
• To lead the factory team techno commercially ,operationally & evaluate the work process efficiencies related with Inter unit co-ordinations, Productions, QC, Dispatch, Logistic, Storage, Safety, QMS etc. 
• Managing Labour, security, Payroll Management & Other Manpower.
• Direct all JV activities ensuring alignment with the Group's strategic growth objectives and manage both current and future partnerships. 
• Sourcing & coordinating for Vendor development & other agencies.
• Implement and streamline operational strategies, ensuring efficient daily plant operations and process developments.
• Supervise projects, operational facilities, and supply chains while refining systems and processes.
• Any other works related with smooth implementation of installation activities & functioning of the factory.
