Experience:

Computer Literacy:

  • Capable of preparing reports, factory layouts, compliance documents, and digital records

Language Proficiency:

  • Fluent in Bangla and English (written and spoken)
  • Ability to write formal reports, emails, and compliance documentation in English

Responsibilities & Context:

Position Overview:

We are looking for a hard-working, smart, and proactive Factory Manager – Compliance to lead operations in our

Printing & Packaging facility located in Near Uttara. This leadership role requires someone who is well-versed in labor

and company law, has hands-on experience in managing production floors, and can assist top management with

efficiency and integrity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure full compliance with Bangladesh Labor Law, company policies, and audit requirements
  • Oversee the complete workforce, including attendance, discipline, productivity, and morale
  • Conduct hiring, termination, and staffing management based on performance and need
  • Maintain and operate ERP systems (inventory, HR, production tracking, reporting)
  • Supervise warehouse operations, ensuring proper documentation, storage, and inventory control
  • Face buyer and third-party audits, including documentation, factory walk-throughs, and corrective actions
  • Handle crisis situations, resolve conflicts, and take necessary decisions independently
  • Provide daily, weekly, and monthly reports directly to the Deputy CEO
  • Assist the Deputy CEO in administrative, operational, and strategic decisions
  • Promote a collaborative and efficient work culture through strong leadership and team management
  • Ensure timely production delivery, quality standards, and factory cleanliness and safety
  • Stay updated with regulatory changes and industry best practices
