Experience:
- 10–12 years in factory operations and compliance, preferably in printing & packaging
Computer Literacy:
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Skilled in ERP software, reporting tools, and email communication
- Capable of preparing reports, factory layouts, compliance documents, and digital records
Language Proficiency:
- Fluent in Bangla and English (written and spoken)
- Ability to write formal reports, emails, and compliance documentation in English
- Soft Skills:
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities
- Excellent time management and multi-tasking skills

Responsibilities & Context: Position Overview:
We are looking for a hard-working, smart, and proactive Factory Manager – Compliance to lead operations in our
Printing & Packaging facility located in Near Uttara. This leadership role requires someone who is well-versed in labor
and company law, has hands-on experience in managing production floors, and can assist top management with
efficiency and integrity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure full compliance with Bangladesh Labor Law, company policies, and audit requirements
- Oversee the complete workforce, including attendance, discipline, productivity, and morale
- Conduct hiring, termination, and staffing management based on performance and need
- Maintain and operate ERP systems (inventory, HR, production tracking, reporting)
- Supervise warehouse operations, ensuring proper documentation, storage, and inventory control
- Face buyer and third-party audits, including documentation, factory walk-throughs, and corrective actions
- Handle crisis situations, resolve conflicts, and take necessary decisions independently
- Provide daily, weekly, and monthly reports directly to the Deputy CEO
- Assist the Deputy CEO in administrative, operational, and strategic decisions
- Promote a collaborative and efficient work culture through strong leadership and team management
- Ensure timely production delivery, quality standards, and factory cleanliness and safety
- Stay updated with regulatory changes and industry best practices
