∎ BBA & MBA in Human Resource Management, Marketing, Business Administration, or Management.
∎ Additional certifications, international diplomas, or relevant training in HRM, compliance, industrial relations, or labor law will be considered a strong plus.
∎ Required Skills & Qualifications:
∎ • Strong communication, interpersonal, and decision-making skills.
∎ • Practical knowledge of labor law, compliance regulations, and HR best practices in manufacturing or factory setups.
∎ • Ability to manage a large workforce in an industrial environment.
∎ • Experience with HR software and systems (ERP/HRMS preferred).
∎ • Leadership mindset with a problem-solving attitude.
∎ Preferred/Additional Value:
∎ • Certified HR trainings (such as SHRM, HRCI, PGDHRM, etc.)
∎ • Prior experience in the printing, garment, paper, or manufacturing industry
∎ • Fluency in both English and Bangla

∎ • Oversee performance appraisal systems and employee development planning.
∎ • Handle disciplinary actions, conflict resolutions, and grievance management.
∎ • Monitor employee attendance, turnover, and workforce planning.
∎ • Collaborate with department heads for manpower planning and organizational development.
∎ • Ensure workplace safety, welfare, and employee satisfaction within the factory environment.
