∎ Bachelor Degree in any discipline.
∎ Having Engineering B.Sc. degree (Electrical/ Mechanical) will get preference.
∎ Skills Required: Master Oil Production, Production Management, Production planning, Quality Assurance/ Quality Control

Experience Requirements:
∎ 10 to 12 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Master Oil Production, Production Management
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Set Daily/Weekly/Monthly production target and achieve the target.
∎ Responsible for ensuring the quality of standard.
∎ Organize workflow by assigning responsibilities
∎ Preparing production schedule as per requirements.
∎ Check overall costing, consumption rate and ensure inventory control.
∎ Factory work force management with proper SOP.
∎ Look after over all technical issues of plant machinery.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Familiarity with master oil production equipment and technical expertise.
