Job Responsibilities:
∎ Plan, organize, direct and run optimum day-to-day operations to preset goals
∎ Increase production, assets capacity, and flexibility while minimizing unnecessary costs and maintain current quality standards
∎ Ensure production output, product quality, and on-time shipping
∎ Allocate resources effectively and fully utilize assets to produce optimal results
∎ Implement strategies in alignment with forecasted demand and take strategic initiatives to provide a clear sense of direction in Factory Operation
∎ Establish a trust relationship with workgroup and recruit, manage and develop plant staff
∎ Committing to plant safety procedures
∎ Develop systems and processes that track and optimize productivity and standards, metrics, and performance targets to ensure effective return from assets
∎ Address employees' issues and take necessary actions where applicable
∎ Stay up to date with the latest production management best practices and concepts
∎ Manage all equipment with preventative maintenance activities required at a certain interval
∎ Prepare & implement monthly & yearly production plan and budget
∎ Develop and maintain system & process for the proper business plan.
∎ Achieve optimum employee levels with the least amount of overhead and raw material costs to meet the annual budgetary plan.

∎ Age 30 to 40 years

∎ Furniture manufacturing company.
∎ Proven experience as Head of Factory or Managerial position
∎ Thorough knowledge of market and technology changes and forces that influence the company
∎ Strong understanding of production and measures of performance
∎ Excellent organizational and leadership skills
∎ Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
∎ Outstanding analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Salary:
