Responsibilities & Context:
∎ • Make an effort for waste minimization and 100% capacity utilization.
∎ • Handle every job to ensure efficient manufacturing, a flawless final inspection, and timely shipping.
∎ • Gently manage the floor labor force fluidly.
∎ • Needs to be knowledgeable about a skill.
∎ • Carry out the strategies and meet the goal that the company has established.
∎ • In charge of regular production correspond to the goal and the buyer's specified level of quality.
∎ • Assure the manufacturer produces clothing according to the requirements provided by the purchasers and on time for shipments.
∎ • Reduce expenses to maximize output.
∎ • Providing feedback to the buyer and buyer quality control for clothing.
∎ • Supervise and manage the overall aspects of the Cutting, Sewing, Finishing and Quality department.
∎ • Accountable for operation, effective administration, and supervision over operational workers.
∎ • Organize every area to ensure efficient clothing production.
∎ • Keep a close eye on the stitching and finishing to provide the best results and steer the floors in the right direction.
∎ • Establish the sewing line and verify the inventory, costing, and consumption.
∎ • Scrupulously monitor hourly output and strive toward expansion.
∎ • Taking the lead and exercising strong leadership over the production workforce.
∎ • Ascertain the work to produce finished items from raw components is completed.
∎ • Always have to communicate with the merchandising and planning team and solve every production issue related to merchandising and planning team.
∎ • Crucial line balancing as required by the styles and the ability to use operators to perform the many tasks needed to finish the stitching.
∎ • Ensuring that labor, equipment, and materials are used as efficiently as possible to increase output.
∎ • Waste reduction via work process optimization and operator training.
∎ • Creation of periodic reports on production performance to be shared with upper management and the department head.
∎ • Encourage and lead your team to greater performance.
∎ • Make sure that all tools, supplies, and materials are regularly and easily accessible to carry out production procedures.
∎ • Must adhere to labor laws, industrial safety regulations, social compliance requirements, and human rights norms within the department.
∎ • Any additional tasks that upper management assigns
