Job Responsibilities:
∎ Experienced and technical know-how to set up and run modern machines such as Bullmar Automatic Cutting Machine and Sewing Machine using Sunrise Transport System Intelligence for Apparel.
∎ With proven leadership skills for people management and know-how to handle production issues with workers.
∎ Experienced in a fast pace high volume Knits/T-shirt production for at least 7-10 years.
∎ Oversee the daily operation of factory floors with effective communication and coordination skills with related departments/sections.
∎ A championed for production planning, organizing, directing and running the optimum capacity of the factory on a daily basis.
∎ Accountability for production output, product quality and timely production and on-time delivery based on production planning.
∎ Manage the whole production process including machine maintenance and improvement
∎ Directly lead workers & mid-management for training and planning improvement
∎ Have demonstrated capability for efficient utilization of manpower to achieve the hourly/daily production target.
∎ Know how to prepare production and delivery schedule per line in collaboration with the planning department & section technicians. Expertise in production load management and line balancing as per buyer-style requirement.
∎ With technical sound knowledge of production quality adherence based on buyer requirements and factory quality expectations in coordination with the quality department.
∎ Recommend any line improvement as necessary.

∎ Age 30 to 55 years

∎ Can speak Chinese mandarin for easy communication with the buyer
