Job Context:
∎ The candidate must be able to relocate based ion the necessity of the job.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ 1. Be able to guide and implement the set up of the new factory.
∎ 2. Coordination of production process and start operation.
∎ 3. End to end operations of production Units using available machinery/technology and process norms to ensure smooth, efficient & cost effectiveness.
∎ 4. Advise and guide the company about latest machineries and equipments to set up the production plant.
∎ 5. Overseeing the development of the factory premise as per the international standard.
∎ 6. Start and build a factory operation team to ensure smooth production operation.
∎ 7. Coordination with the HQ to understand and plan production as per requirement of the company.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 45 years

Salary:
∎ Negotiable
∎ For Qualified candidates, the management is will to negotiate better package.
Festival Bonuses will be provided twice a year.
Performance Bonuses will be implemented for suitable candidates.

(Snacks, Chanachur, Bakery, Biscuits, Spices etc.). • As a Factory In charge, responsible for managing the employees and end to end operations of production Units using available machinery/technology and process norms to ensure smooth, efficient & cost effective.• Detailed knowledge about compliance and safety in factory premises and implementation. • Knowledge in process implementation, Quality compliance and Food safety issue. • Responsible for coordination with all related departments in Supply Chain service line and with external customers, buyers representatives and Mould & Machine manufacturers.• Ensuring adherence to cost control measures and leading process specifications and quality• standards.• Implementation of process innovations on a continuous based on strategic management decisions and self-assessments with the end objective of achieving cost and supply chain efficiencies. • Supervises key/sensitive operations of the production process based on process and quality parameters and controls.• Capacity to learn and communicate with upward and downward team.
