Job Context:
∎ Report to: Managing Director
∎ Position Summary:
∎ TMSS Apparels Limited is a leading Ready Made Garments Manufacturing Company that intends to recruit "Factory In-Charge ".
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare plan weekly, monthly and quarterly basis.
∎ Receive material status against each order and monitor progress of material received.
∎ Receive approved sample, swatch card against order sheet.
∎ Ensures apparel production lines are properly balanced for target output.
∎ Coordinate with quality control section so that defective of faulty goods are not produced.
∎ Ensures that floor, machinery, toilet, dining spaces is neat and clean.
∎ Pre-production sample prepared and compared with the original approved sample.
∎ Ensures that materials are organized at each stage of processing.
∎ Makes right evaluation of performance of his subordinates.
∎ Ensures all the machineries are equipped with protective devices.
∎ Organizes pre-production meeting or pre-production activities to discuss relate issues.
∎ Monitors progress of production against production plan.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 40 to 45 years
∎ Skills Required: Ability to communicate effectively, Ability to lead and manage team, Ability to Work Under Pressure
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):Garments
∎ Prerequisite:
∎ Positive attitude and good communication skills.
∎ Flexibility to respond to a range of different work situation.
∎ Ability to work on your own part or as part of a team.
∎ Have a good eye for details. • Good judgment & decision making skills.
∎ Strong client facing & teamwork skills.
∎ Must have good knowledge of computer.
