Factory HR Administration
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Manufacturing (FMCG)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Drive the talent acquisition requirement of factory on time.
∎ Maintain onboarding and off boarding formalities.
∎ Roll out capability building agenda of factory people.
∎ Manage attendance and factory workers payroll end to end.
∎ Drive welfare agenda day to day basis and ensure hygiene.
∎ Manage factory administration and security at day to day basis.
∎ Ensure compliance at all the relevant scope basing local legal compliance and organization SOP.
∎ Prepare regular and ad hoke reports to support function and factory operation.
∎ Any other task assigned by management time to time.
∎ Manage vendors of relevant scope.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 25 years
∎ Candidate should have on ground exposure of managing factory people operation, safety and compliance.
∎ Must be proactive with positive attitude.
∎ Should have good interpersonal skill
∎ Good working knowledge on MS Office
∎ Passionate for HR with learning agility
