Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline
∎ Candidates with B.Sc in Textile Engineering will be preferable.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 8 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible to handle and execute the Buyer requirements right from Fabric to shipment.
∎ Responsible for evaluating size sets and provide necessary pattern amendments, to make sure buyer Fit and PP comments are incorporated in size set.
∎ Responsible to conduct PP meeting as per Customer requirements.
∎ Responsible to provide necessary approvals time to time like Layout approvals, 1st production, first 50 pcs, packing approvals, etc.,
∎ Responsible to monitor and ensure the quality standard is achieved and maintained in each and every process of execution
∎ Responsible to conduct Inline, Pre-final and Final inspection as per Customer requirement.
∎ Responsible to handle 1st party and 3rd party audits/inspections.
∎ Responsible to achieve his results as per set KPI's.
∎ Responsible to communicate and co-ordinate with both internal departments and External -(Customer QAs) to solve any quality issues.
∎ Responsible to maintain the documents and records for all his work related process.
∎ Responsible to ensure the product must meet with all safety and compliance regulations.
∎ Responsible to follow up the inspection schedules and make sure inspection is carried out as per schedule.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ At least 1 year Experience as same level. Certified Auditor of any reputed Customer / Brand. Experience of any reputed audit firm will be added an advantage.
