Responsibilities & Context:
Adex Engineering Limited is seeking a dynamic and disciplined professional to join as Factory Administration Manager for its factory located in Gazipur. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in industrial administration and proven experience managing factory operations in a structured, process-driven environment.
Preferred Background:
Retired Major/Captain/Equivalent or above from Defence Services with experience in factory management will get preference.
Candidates must have prior experience in factory or industrial administration roles, with sound knowledge of HR, compliance, and logistics coordination at the factory level.
Minimum 8–12 years of relevant experience in factory administration, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setup.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee all factory administrative activities, including security, housekeeping, canteen, and transport operations.
Ensure proper implementation of company policies, code of conduct, and disciplinary procedures within the factory.
Coordinate with production, HR, and supply chain departments for smooth day-to-day factory operations.
Maintain strict monitoring of attendance, shift rosters, leave, and discipline among staff and workers.
Supervise safety, fire prevention, and emergency response measures across the factory premises.
Ensure compliance with labor laws, environmental and factory regulations.
Manage liaison with local authorities, utility service providers, and law enforcement agencies as required.
Lead a team of administrative, security, and support personnel to achieve operational efficiency.
