Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage day-to-day accounting operations for the factory, including bookkeeping, financial reporting, and general ledger management.
∎ Prepare and submit accurate and timely VAT returns, ensuring compliance with applicable VAT laws, regulations, and requirements.
∎ Maintain proper documentation related to VAT transactions, invoices, purchase orders, sales records, and other relevant documents.
∎ Monitor VAT-related activities, such as VAT payments, refunds, and reconciliations, to ensure accuracy and adherence to VAT guidelines.
∎ Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including the finance team and cross-functional departments, to provide guidance and support on VAT matters.
∎ Stay updated with changes in VAT regulations, laws, and reporting requirements and ensure the company's compliance.
∎ Assist in financial audits and provide necessary VAT documentation and records to auditors as required.
∎ Conduct periodic reviews and audits of VAT processes and procedures to identify areas for improvement and implement best practices.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 20 years

∎ Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Professional certifications (e.g., ACCA, CPA) are highly desirable.
∎ Proven work experience as a Factory Accountant or similar role, with a focus on VAT documentation and compliance.
∎ In-depth knowledge of VAT regulations, laws, and reporting requirements.
∎ Experience in preparing and submitting VAT returns and maintaining VAT documentation.
∎ Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.
∎ Strong attention to detail and excellent analytical skills.
∎ Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
∎ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
∎ Experience in the FMCG industry or a similar manufacturing environment is a plus.

Salary:
∎ Tk. 12000 - 15000 (Monthly)
∎ Accommodation will be provided by the company near factory premises.
