Minimum 5-7 years of experience as a GPQ in the relevant field.
Certified GPQ ( GAP / TARGET buyer–certified candidates will get preference ).
Capable of leading a team, making technical decisions, and working in a systematic manner.
Proficient in English (spoken) and computer literacy.
Post-graduation (added advantage)
Responsibilities & Context:
All styles files review based on checklist and ensured the relevant details like risk analysis, quality fit comments, construction details, legality, and trims /accessories artwork etc are available.
To review size set and ensure the customer requirement are full filled, as well as they shall amend the pattern based on fabric nature.
Organize PP meeting (internal /External) along with merchant and passing the relevant details to follow in bulk.
FCQA shall conduct inline inspection on daily basis/each 2500pcs and make report also uploaded in customer portal accordingly.
On daily basis packed qty will be planned to do the prefinal inspection to ensure all aspect such as quality, packaging, safety spec audit etc.
This report will be filling internally. AQL level -1.0.FCQA have final inspection schedule, based on they plan to audit the final random inspection as per customer AQL level, which mentioned in their manual.
Verification of all reports and making final report and signature accordingly.
Line wise defect % reduces plan monitoring.
Day/ week/Month/Yearly - production/ rejection /Ins: Pass fail % With graph setting.
As per Technical audit requirement, organized working area/activities always and maintain SOP.
Ensure health and safety, cleanliness procedures are always maintained and any behaviors of subordinates that could affect the H&S risks are necessary.
Ensure aspects that have impact to the environment by your processes is identified and reviews to meet with environmental objectives of the organization.
