- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Basic Microsoft Office skills.

Dhaka Property Services Ltd is an emerging property management company offering “One Stop Property Service Solution” to Commercial and Residential facilities. Currently DPSL is looking for young and energetic personnel as Facilities Manager/ project Manager for project Operation.
Job Description:
- We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Facility Manager to oversee the smooth operations of our luxury commercial/Residential building. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising teams across multiple divisions, including security, housekeeping, MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing), front desk, parking management, pest control, landscaping, and facade cleaning.
