Skills Required: Fabric development,Fabric Manufacturing,Inventory Management,Strong leadership and team management skill
Additional Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in fabric sourcing and development, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
Responsibilities & Context:
- Look after buyer requirements independently.
- Look after technical parameters to meet buyer requirements.
- Guide the Team and set process routes for the production of each buyer.
- Ensure buyer test requirements.
- Ensure production is on time to keep PCD.
- Solve fabric technical issues at the dye house.
- Handle fabric inspection and garment cutting unit.
- Good communication skills with the Merchant team and buying office.
- Look after approval issues from buying house.
