∎ Minimum of 5 years of experience in fabric sourcing and development, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
∎ An in-depth understanding of knitting and dyeing processes.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Look after buyer requirements independently.
∎ Look after technical parameters to meet buyer requirements.
∎ Guide the Team and set process routes for the production of each buyer.
∎ Ensure buyer test requirements.
∎ Ensure production is on time to keep PCD.
∎ Solve fabric technical issues at the dye house.
∎ Handle fabric inspection and garment cutting unit.
∎ Good communication skills with the Merchant team and buying office.
∎ Look after approval issues from buying house.
∎ Look after buyer requirements independently.
