Educational Requirements:
∎ Graduate / B.Sc in Textile Engineering

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 7 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Planning effective fabric procurement procedure (testing/development/pre-production).
∎ Negotiating bulk fabric price, giving approvals and advising it to the factory.
∎ Follow-up on samples and bulk fabrics till the completion.
∎ Source seasonal fabrics based on buyer's needs and requirements.
∎ Coordinate with Merchandisers & Designers for various seasonal materials.
∎ Placing of Sample and bulk orders.
∎ Maintaining quality and delivery dates.
∎ Manage the provided technical support to merchandising and solve fabric issues when they arise.
∎ Assess fabric production problems and work with mills and garment factories to resolve.
∎ Monitor and provide response to all internal and external requirements.
∎ Maintain archive for all fabric directory
∎ Visit fabric mills showroom for fabric selection.
∎ Keep records/tracking of yarn; fabric etc. issued from store up to finished fabric delivery to store
∎ Ensure fabrication done within given time with quality.
∎ Preparing daily/weekly business reports
∎ Lead the weekly touch base meeting with relevant teams of the vendors.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ 5 to 7 Years Experience in procurement of fabrics as per requirement of company

Salary: Negotiable
