Experience:
Preparing of media, validation of microbiological equipment.
Day to day analysis of Microbiological test of RM, FG & water and reporting OOS.
Management of specifications & conducting gap analysis & suggesting CAPA.
Ensure Incoming materials (RM & PM) being received. Checking COA compliance, reporting OOS and suggesting CAPA.
Conducting and confront scheduled hygiene, 5S & Internal audit for QA & support other departments to complete audits in timely manner.
Conducting environmental monitoring of facility (SWAB test for facility & primary packaging materials, settle plate) and processes.
Ensure the labelling control for reagents & media.
Conducting calibration of all measuring devices inside QA & its sustenance·
Monitoring stability study timeline and taking action to send the materials for testing or testing in-house & share the data.
Monitoring & reporting process deviation & conducting investigation as part of team member, suggesting & implementing CAPA & monitoring its sustenance.
Supporting GMP compliance, plant cleanliness, critical hygiene procedure, staff health, water quality and ensuring its effectiveness.
Supporting on monitoring the implementation of CCP, OPRP & CPP and reporting non-compliance & suggesting & monitoring CAPA sustenance.
Support on validation activities (cleaning, analytical methods & QA equipment & processes) listed in the MVP.
Maintain inventory, requisition & management of laboratory media, reagent and instruments.
Effective co-operation with production, engineering, warehouse and sales and HRD and product supply in order to solve quality issues.
Verification and Validation of CCP, OPRP & PRP.
Establish, maintain and update flow diagrams for the products and the processes.
Conduct hazard analysis to determine the hazards that need to be controlled.
Validate, modify and re-assess where appropriate, the control measures of food safety hazard(s).
Analyze the results of verification and use it an input to the performance evaluation of the FSMS.
Ensure, evaluate, and update the FSMS at planned intervals.
Perform all operations complying the safety protocol.
Report on monthly safety engagements.
Prepare presentation with test data as per requirements.
Any other task assigned by management.
Take part in all related activities to implement Quality Management System in the organization as guided by superiors.
