Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment reports.
Develop and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
Ensure a positive candidate experience through clear communication and timely updates.
Assist in employer branding initiatives, including job fairs, career events, and social media campaigns.
Manage offer negotiation, reference checks, and onboarding processes.
Stay updated on industry trends, recruitment best practices, and employment legislation.
