Education:
- Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- A PGD in SCM will be considered an added advantage.

Responsibilities & Context:
- Prepare quarterly and yearly RM/PM supply plans aligned with production forecasts.
- Execute procurement operations following C+3 and C+6 planning.
- Maintain safety stock levels, ensure inventory accuracy, and perform ABC analysis.
- Place and track purchase orders, ensuring timely delivery and coordination with the store team.
- Support the NPD team in sourcing, sampling, and testing new raw and packaging materials.
- Coordinate with the Quality Assurance team to ensure material quality and manage returns or replacements when necessary.
- Ensure timely submission of bills and supplier payments as per company policy.
- Develop and evaluate suppliers to maintain quality, cost competitiveness, and reliable supply sources.
- Negotiate with suppliers to achieve cost savings and contribute to KPI achievement.
- Collaborate closely with Finance, QA, Production, and other related departments for smooth procurement operations.
