Salary: Tk. 25000 - 30000 (Monthly)

Experience:

• 2 to 3 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (FMCG), Food (Packaged)/Beverage, Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM)

• Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• A PGD in SCM will be considered an added advantage.

• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (FMCG), Food (Packaged)/Beverage, Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM)

• Age At least 25 years

• Prepare quarterly and yearly RM/PM supply plans aligned with production forecasts.
• Execute procurement operations following C+3 and C+6 planning.
• Maintain safety stock levels, ensure inventory accuracy, and perform ABC analysis.
• Place and track purchase orders, ensuring timely delivery and coordination with the store team.
• Support the NPD team in sourcing, sampling, and testing new raw and packaging materials.
• Coordinate with the Quality Assurance team to ensure material quality and manage returns or replacements when necessary.
• Ensure timely submission of bills and supplier payments as per company policy.
• Develop and evaluate suppliers to maintain quality, cost competitiveness, and reliable supply sources.
• Negotiate with suppliers to achieve cost savings and contribute to KPI achievement.
• Collaborate closely with Finance, QA, Production, and other related departments for smooth procurement operations.
