Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop and execute strategies to achieve assigned sales targets outlined in the sales plan.
∎ Continuously monitor and analyze market trends to identify opportunities for sales growth.
∎ Maximize the potential of all Retailers & Dealers through effective relationship building and management.
∎ Identify and develop new areas for Retailers/Dealers, aligning with the company's business interests.
∎ Ensure regular follow-up on sales orders, coordinating with relevant teams to meet customer requirements promptly.
∎ Monitor and follow up on payment schedules, working closely with the finance department to ensure timely payments.
∎ Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly market reports on sales and distribution activities.
∎ Analyze market data to provide insights and recommendations for improving sales strategies and performance.
∎ Execute tasks assigned by the management efficiently and within specified timelines.
∎ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless coordination and execution of projects.
∎ Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, understanding their needs and addressing any concerns promptly.
∎ Gather feedback from customers to improve product offerings and enhance customer satisfaction.
∎ Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.·
∎ Utilize research findings to make informed decisions and contribute to the development of marketing strategies.
∎ Collaborate with internal teams such as marketing, production, and logistics to ensure a cohesive approach to sales and marketing initiatives.
