∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Experience in Marketing & Sales in relevant fields Sound knowledge of Agro-based firms (incl. Agro Processing/ Seed/ GM) Valid driver's license for motorbike riding and a clean driving record.
∎ Applicant should have Agro-based marketing experience with 8-10 years prior sales and managing junior officers.
∎ Applicant must have a good understanding of poultry fish and Agro-based business.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Performing in-depth research in identifying new market opportunities.
∎ Developing sales plan with the Sales team.
∎ Implementing sales strategies and achieving sales targets.
∎ Creating and maintaining monthly sales reports for different regions.
∎ Presenting reports to the head office and highlighting the key points.
∎ Assisting in the training and development of new sales members.
∎ Closely follow up Agent-wise Target versus Achievement in terms of Credit utilization and synchronization and act accordingly.
∎ Responsible for Credit Recovery if any bad debts are there.
∎ Performing in-depth research in identifying new market opportunities.
