Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters/Bachelors in Computer Science/MIS or any IT related discipline.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 3 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure all kinds of IT documentation such as SOP, Protocol, Training Record, etc. to meet up any regulatory inspection requirements.
∎ Keep the uptime of the infrastructure service at 99.50% to ensure availability of data to end users.
∎ Ensure all validated system implementation, installation and maintenance in fully regulated manner.
∎ Ensure all kinds of IT related support throughout the plant.
∎ Seek out new technologies and ideas to add value to plant.
∎ Collaborate with team members and ensure knowledge transfer.
∎ Design and execute test plans on applications.
∎ Assist in business process re-engineering within the company to help maximizing productivity, minimizing effort, saving time, reducing error and improving control.

Additional Requirements:
∎ 1-3 years of relevant working experience will be given preference.
∎ Must be highly proficient in written and spoken English.
∎ Experience in customer/stakeholder management.
∎ Implementation experience/understanding of ERP and embedded systems.
∎ Understanding of pharmaceutical/manufacturing environment is preferred.
∎ Experience with IT audit will be an added advantage.
∎ Strong analytical and technical trouble shooting skills, decision-making capabilities with leadership quality.
∎ Age limit: 30 (thirty) years. But it may be relaxed for experienced and qualified candidates.
