Responsibilities & Context:

Position Overview

The Associate Key Account Manager at Bikroy.com Limited is an executive/Sr. executive-level field sales role responsible for managing and expanding client accounts across diverse industries such as property, vehicles, and electronics. The role emphasizes direct engagement with less recognized business clients, building strong relationships, and driving revenue growth through proactive account management and tailored solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct regular field/client visits/meetings with business clients in property, vehicle, electronics, and related sectors.

  • Identify opportunities to expand new client accounts and generate incremental revenue.

  • Expand business from existing active clients by continuously proposing customized business solutions.

  • Acting as the main point of contact between key clients and internal teams, resolve any issues and problems faced by customers, and deal with complaints to maintain trust.

  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty.

  • Present customized sales solutions and negotiate contracts to meet client needs.

  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, finance) to deliver seamless client experiences.

  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new growth opportunities.

  • Prepare and present account performance reports to senior management.

  • Ensure compliance with company policies, legal standards, and ethical practices.

Job Requirements

  • Willingness to travel extensively for client visits.

  • Knowledge of property, vehicle, and electronics markets in Bangladesh.
