Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Configuring networks: Building net configurations and connections (install and configure switches and routers/access points to ensure optimal network performance).
∎ Assisting with a wide range of issues, including connection problems, data access, network failures, poor computer performance and cloud migration.
∎ Line commissioning and installing upgrades, repairs, maintenance programs and data transfers.
∎ Solving hardware problems with various appliances, including printers, scanners, desktop and laptop computers, handheld devices, and servers.
∎ Installs and configures IP CCTV systems and related access control systems.
∎ Configuring, and managing Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) systems within companies.
∎ Support over phone or Anydesk & provide technical support to all employees
∎ Testing the connection with a device, enabling secured remote connections & connecting the cables.
∎ Communicate with ISP provider.
