∎ Must have working experience in internal audit with large 100% export oriented Woven Garments factory.
∎ Good communication (written/verbal) & presentation skills.
∎ Positive work ethic and result-oriented for assigned responsibilities.
∎ Self-driven to work under pressure and self-motivated to take new initiatives.
∎ Ability to maintain good interpersonal relationships and good teamwork.
∎ Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
∎ Ready to join ASAP.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Conduct comprehensive internal audits to thoroughly assess the effectiveness of internal controls, risk management procedures, and compliance with regulations and company policies.
∎ Identify areas of improvement and provide actionable recommendations to enhance internal control structures, operational efficiency, and overall risk management.
∎ To ensure/produce the audit findings report with necessary analysis and comparison.
∎ Closely monitor daily production activates, identify and report any delays, bottlenecks, or process deviations to prevent production disruptions.
∎ Check and verify RM consumption and sourcing procedures to prevent wastage or overstocking.
∎ Non-production time and DHU checking, wastage controlling.
∎ Find out the root cause/responsibility fixup for the short and delayed shipment.
∎ Review and verify product costing sheet to ensure accuracy in pricing, material costing and product margins.
∎ Ensure accuracy documentation of orders, approvals material sourcing and production tracking.
∎ Work closing with merchandising, production, procurement and quality teams to resolve audit findings.
∎ Any other duties assigned by the management.
