• Should have very good knowledge on Industrial Engineering.
• Good leadership, technical, human relation & conceptual skills.

We are seeking some Executive/Senior Executive to oversee our manufacturing unit. The Executive will be responsible for developing and executing production plans and schedules, managing personnel, and monitoring production output.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze the bulletin and prepare Layouts, identify critical operation and special machines/attachment conducting capacity study, method study, production study, time study, line balancing etc.
• Daily manpower balancing, target setting & achievement monitoring.
• Hourly Individual Target/production monitoring and take necessary action Lost time recording (NPT), Efficiency Calculation, Problem Study.
• Establishing workers and staff recruitment standards and policy, evaluating staff performance, and training needs.
• Create and evaluate a skill matrix of existing operators and evaluation for new.
• The process excellence method finds out & implements to enhance operator & line efficiency.
• Taking the capacity study of full-line and line balancing for clean-up bottleneck area.
• Develop productivity ensure DHU (Defects per Hundred Unit) non-productive time calculation.
• Balance the line to ensure minimum work in progress (WIP).
• Develop and adopt new techniques and methodologies to increase productivity and quality with minimum cost.
