Execute day to day HR functions that include Recruitment & Selection process, Leave & attendance Management, Employee Final Settlement procedure, Performance Appraisal etc
To maintain all data records papers in relation to Recruitment & Selection, wages, OT and allowance
Ensure Job Confirmation, Increment Letter, Promotion Letter, Promotion with Enhancement Letter, Transfer Note, Transfer Letter, Service Letter, Clearance Letter, Probation Extension Letter, Job Separation Related Letter etc, of management/ Non- Management Staff
To maintain the employee`s Personal File with all related papers as up-dated
Understand the concept and practices of KRA, KPI
Maintain HR module HR Software & Payroll Management
Develop a strategy to establish appropriate HR processes and practices in the organization as per management`s directives to meet of the growing organization, if required
Ensure HRP Planning, HR Budget Planning, Office Timing, Attendance of employees, Office Management of Corporate Sailor
Assist & coordinate performance appraisal process & ensure appropriate and effective communication
Maintain monthly/yearly leave report, monthly yearly manpower turnover report, etc
Work with the management to strategically plan HR initiates that will benefit the company and encourage more efficient and beneficial work from employees
