Responsibilities & Context:
  • Execute day to day HR functions that include Recruitment & Selection process, Leave & attendance Management, Employee Final Settlement procedure, Performance Appraisal etc

  • To maintain all data records papers in relation to Recruitment & Selection, wages, OT and allowance

  • Ensure Job Confirmation, Increment Letter, Promotion Letter, Promotion with Enhancement Letter, Transfer Note, Transfer Letter, Service Letter, Clearance Letter, Probation Extension Letter, Job Separation Related Letter etc, of management/ Non- Management Staff

  • To maintain the employee`s Personal File with all related papers as up-dated

  •  Understand the concept and practices of KRA, KPI      

  • Maintain HR module HR Software & Payroll Management       

  • Develop a strategy to establish appropriate HR processes and practices in the organization as per management`s directives to meet of the growing organization, if required   

  • Ensure HRP Planning, HR Budget Planning, Office Timing, Attendance of employees, Office Management of Corporate Sailor  

  • Assist & coordinate performance appraisal process & ensure appropriate and effective communication

  • Maintain monthly/yearly leave report, monthly yearly manpower turnover report, etc

  • Work with the management to strategically plan HR initiates that will benefit the company and encourage more efficient and beneficial work from employees
