Educational Requirements:
∎ Minimum Graduate from any reputed University (MBA/ PGD on HR/Compliance will get preference)
Experience Requirements:
∎ 4 to 6 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Daily Floor visit.
∎ Ensure floor compliance
∎ Punch Machine data Upload.
∎ Daily Attendance Sheet Checking.
∎ Leave Register entry (Payroll)
∎ Monthly Left worker list & Letter issue.
∎ Monthly Salary Sheet Prepared.
∎ Personal File Posting (Payroll)
∎ Keep all worker Personal File up to date
∎ Service book update.
∎ Provide ID card, appointment letter, handbook to workers in a timely manner.
∎ Assist to prepare resign worker Final Settlement.
∎ Assist to prepare Earn Leave Encashment Sheet.
∎ All Register Follow-up (Attendance, Overtime, Leave, Allowance, Verbal Complain, Letter Issue, Service book Register Etc.)
∎ Floor Open & Close Maintained follow-up.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Applicant must be known with BASIC Excel Formula.
∎ English speaking is a plus.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
∎ Textile & Garments
Salary: Negotiable
