Experience:
Practical experience on e-GP Tender and Manual Tender Submission Independently.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in government tendering, required tender document preparation and submission management, preferably in the IT industry.
Strong understanding of government procurement processes, regulations, and compliance requirements.
In-depth knowledge of BG/ PG, VAT, Tax, PO.
Experience in e-GP Mandatory Qualification Criteria.
Strong analytical and research skills, with the ability to gather, interpret, and synthesize information from multiple sources.
High level of attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
Team player with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across departments and functions.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, editing tools like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator etc. and tender management software.
Maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Bengali.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight submission timelines.
Unique Business Systems Limited is looking for highly ambitious, goal oriented, enthusiastic individual who is ready to take challenges. The candidate will be responsible for the management of - E-GP/Tender (NCT/ICT) Documentation Management i.e. understanding Tender requirements, preparation of all documents accurately and submission following timeline.
Monitor government procurement and other portals, industry news to stay informed about upcoming IT projects and initiatives.
Reviewing tender documents requirements and the scope of works, checking the feasibility for qualification and financial criteria, getting through the contract terms and conditions, liquidity damages, performance guarantee, milestone, bank guarantee requirements, payment terms and special conditions, taxes and duties.
Informing top management to get approval for bidding.
Participating in all types of tenders. e.g. OTM-Two Envelope, One Envelope, DPM, LTM.
Gather and analyse tender documentation requirements, including request for proposals (RFPs), request for quotations (RFQs), and invitations to tender (ITTs).
Collaborate with cross-functional teams like Sales, Product Management, Accounts, and Administration etc. to gather, compile, and organize all required documentation for tender submissions.
Ensure that all tender documents, including technical specifications, pricing information, and compliance statements are accurately formatted, consistent, complete and compliance met with tender requirements.
Actively participate in the e-GP evaluation process.
Stay informed about industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices in government procurement to inform bid strategies and tactics.
Maintain accurate records of tender activities, documents, and correspondence for future reference and analysis.
Provide regular updates and reports on project acquisition activities, pipeline status, and performance metrics to senior management.
Prepare periodical tender-related reports.
Any other tasks assigned by the Management.
