Experience:
Understanding of the sales process; or corporate sales experience.
Good command over IT knowledge (Office Program especially MS Word, Excel & Power Point).
Previous experience on IT Hardware products sales & marketing will get preference.
Sound knowledge and surveying capacity on IT Hardware industries.
Track record of achieving sales targets.
Must be a team player, proactive and self-motivated.
Should be willing to take initiative and target driven.
Strong business sense and industry expertise.
Good communication skill in Bangla and English.
Must have good negotiation skills.
Marketing & Sales of IT products like- Interactive Flat Panel, Video Wall, Projector, Digital Signage, Kiosk, Computer, Printer, Scanner, Sound System, CCTV Camera, Paper Shredder, UPS, Office Automation products, Networking products and others.
Conduct regular market visits to identify potential clients within the assigned area.
Promote the company’s products and services to generate new business opportunities.
Prepare and submit offer letters, quotations, and proposals tailored to client needs.
Follow up with potential clients to close sales deals effectively.
Maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure consistent business growth.
Deliver high standards of customer service in line with the company’s CRM (Corporate Relationship Management) policies.
Collect accurate feedback on client requirements, concerns, and complaints, and take timely action to ensure satisfaction.
Provide product information, promotional updates, pricing details, and demonstrations as needed.
Achieve assigned monthly sales targets within the specified market.
Ensure timely collection of payments from clients.
Develop and implement daily, weekly, and monthly action plans to meet sales goals.
Identify new market opportunities and potential customers to expand the company’s market share.
Conduct market analysis to understand trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities.
Support marketing and promotional initiatives to enhance brand visibility and sales growth.
Inspect inventory and product shipments to ensure quality and accuracy.
Assist in resolving customer issues or complaints efficiently.
Prepare and submit regular reports (e.g., sales performance, market feedback, promotional outcomes) to the department.
Perform any other tasks or responsibilities assigned by management from time to time.
