Experience:
Strong understanding of corporate sales processes.
Sound knowledge of IT hardware products and industry trends.
Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Prior experience in IT hardware sales and marketing will be given preference.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Strong business acumen and industry knowledge.
Excellent communication skills in both Bangla and English.
Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
Proactive, self-motivated, and target-oriented mindset.
Ability to work effectively as a team player and take initiative.
Market and sell IT and office automation products, including: Interactive Flat Panels, Video Walls, Projectors, Digital Signage, Kiosks, Computers, Printers, Scanners, Sound Systems, CCTV Cameras, UPS, Paper Shredders, Networking and other IT products.
Conduct regular market visits to identify and develop potential clients.
Promote company products and services to generate new business opportunities.
Prepare and submit quotations, proposals, and offer letters based on client requirements.
Follow up with prospects to close sales successfully.
Maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business.
Deliver excellent customer service in accordance with CRM policies.
Collect client feedback, address concerns, and ensure timely resolution.
Provide product demonstrations, pricing details, and promotional updates.
Achieve assigned monthly and yearly sales targets.
Ensure timely collection of payments from clients.
Develop and execute daily, weekly, and monthly sales action plans.
Identify new market opportunities to expand market share.
Conduct market research on customer trends and competitor activities.
Support marketing and promotional campaigns.
Prepare and submit regular sales and market reports to management.
Perform any other duties assigned by management as required.
