Additional Requirements:

  • Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

  • Prior experience in IT hardware sales and marketing will be given preference.

  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets.

  • Strong business acumen and industry knowledge.

  • Excellent communication skills in both Bangla and English.

  • Strong negotiation and presentation skills.

  • Proactive, self-motivated, and target-oriented mindset.

  • Ability to work effectively as a team player and take initiative.



Responsibilities & Context:
  • Market and sell IT and office automation products, including: Interactive Flat Panels, Video Walls, Projectors, Digital Signage, Kiosks, Computers, Printers, Scanners, Sound Systems, CCTV Cameras, UPS, Paper Shredders, Networking and other IT products.

  • Conduct regular market visits to identify and develop potential clients.

  • Promote company products and services to generate new business opportunities.

  • Prepare and submit quotations, proposals, and offer letters based on client requirements.

  • Follow up with prospects to close sales successfully.

  • Maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business.

  • Deliver excellent customer service in accordance with CRM policies.

  • Collect client feedback, address concerns, and ensure timely resolution.

  • Provide product demonstrations, pricing details, and promotional updates.

  • Achieve assigned monthly and yearly sales targets.

  • Ensure timely collection of payments from clients.

  • Develop and execute daily, weekly, and monthly sales action plans.

  • Identify new market opportunities to expand market share.

  • Conduct market research on customer trends and competitor activities.

  • Support marketing and promotional campaigns.

  • Prepare and submit regular sales and market reports to management.

  • Perform any other duties assigned by management as required.
