Requirements

Education
Bachelor/Honors in Marketing, Business Administration, IT, or related discipline

Experience
At least 4–6 years of experience in:

• B2B outbound marketing

• Lead generation for IT services / SaaS / BPO

• Demand generation or SDR leadership

Additional Requirements

• Proven success in client acquisition through outbound channels

• Strong knowledge of LinkedIn outreach, cold email, and sales funnels

• Experience using CRM and automation tools

• Analytical mindset with ROI-focused execution

• Excellent communication and persuasion skills

• Experience working with global clients (USA/Europe) preferred

• Familiarity with AI-driven marketing tools and automation platforms

Responsibilities & Context

We are seeking a performance-driven professional to lead outbound marketing and client acquisition initiatives for global service delivery. The role focuses on building a consistent pipeline of qualified leads, generating meetings, and onboarding new clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute outbound growth strategies targeting international markets

• Identify Ideal Customer Profiles (ICP) and build prospect databases

• Manage LinkedIn, email outreach, and campaign automation

• Create and optimize outreach messaging and positioning

• Generate and qualify leads for IT services, AI solutions, and BPO offerings

• Track campaign performance and optimize conversion funnels

• Maintain CRM pipelines and reporting dashboards

• Collaborate with leadership and delivery teams to support proposals and closures

• Explore partnerships, referrals, and agency collaboration channels
