Job Title: Marketing Manager – Client Acquisition

About the Role

We are a growing software company developing our own SaaS platform. We are looking for an experienced and strategic Marketing Manager and Client Acquisition to lead our growth initiatives and drive measurable revenue expansion.

This role will be responsible for building and executing a structured client acquisition model across multiple channels, optimizing marketing performance, and working closely with Sales and Product to convert leads into revenue.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement scalable client acquisition strategies aligned with business goals

  • Execute and optimize performance marketing campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta, etc.)

  • Own and improve the full funnel: lead generation → nurturing → conversion

  • Build and manage multi channel acquisition routes including:

    • Marketplace strategy (Upwork, Fiverr positioning + lead conversion support)

    • Job platform visibility (LinkedIn, communities like HN where relevant)

    • Outbound + inbound growth (cold email/calls → warm follow-up flows)

  • Track and improve key growth metrics: CAC, ROI, conversion rate, and MRR growth

  • Manage budgets and ensure strong return on investment

  • Collaborate with Sales/Product to align messaging, offers, and growth objectives

  • Maintain clean reporting and ensure leads are tracked properly in CRM


Qualifications

  • 3+ years of marketing experience (preferably SaaS / technology)

  • Proven record in lead generation, pipeline building and revenue growth

  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking (comfortable with metrics + reporting)

  • Hands on experience running campaigns and optimizing performance

  • Leadership mindset with ability to coordinate people and execution
