Experience:

Job Summary
As an Assistant Corporate Relationship Manager, He/She will serve as a trusted advisor and primary point of contact for corporate clients. She will develop, strengthen, and manage long-term relationships with key corporate customers to drive business growth, maintain proper data & offer suitable business solutions
Key Responsibilities
Client Relationship Management
Build, grow and maintain strong strategic relationships with key corporate clients through regular engagement and reviews.
Understand clients business goals, financial needs, and challenges to recommend appropriate solutions and ensure satisfaction.
Act as the main contact for client inquiries, coordinate follow-ups, and ensure excellent service delivery.
Business Development & Growth
Identify, pursue, and acquire new corporate clients aligned with the company’s strategic objectives.
Drive revenue growth by cross-selling corporate products and services.
Prepare and implement strategic account plans to optimize client value and retention.
Financial Advisory & Risk Assessment
Provide expert advice on financial products, risk management, and investment options.
Collaborate with internal teams (credit, risk, compliance) to assess loan applications, manage credit risk, and ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines.
Internal Collaboration & Reporting
Work closely with sales, marketing, product and support teams to align service delivery with client expectations.
Prepare regular reports on portfolio performance, market insights, client opportunities, and ongoing initiatives.
Work Environment
This role is typically field-based within corporate enterprises, Hospitals & Diagnostic center involving frequent communication with both internal teams and external clients.
