Responsibilities & Context:

Job Summary

As an Assistant Corporate Relationship Manager, He/She will serve as a trusted advisor and primary point of contact for corporate clients. She will develop, strengthen, and manage long-term relationships with key corporate customers to drive business growth, maintain proper data & offer suitable business solutions

Key Responsibilities

Client Relationship Management

  • Build, grow and maintain strong strategic relationships with key corporate clients through regular engagement and reviews.

  • Understand clients business goals, financial needs, and challenges to recommend appropriate solutions and ensure satisfaction.

  • Act as the main contact for client inquiries, coordinate follow-ups, and ensure excellent service delivery.

Business Development & Growth

  • Identify, pursue, and acquire new corporate clients aligned with the company’s strategic objectives.

  • Drive revenue growth by cross-selling corporate products and services.

  • Prepare and implement strategic account plans to optimize client value and retention.

Financial Advisory & Risk Assessment

  • Provide expert advice on financial products, risk management, and investment options.

  • Collaborate with internal teams (credit, risk, compliance) to assess loan applications, manage credit risk, and ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines.

Internal Collaboration & Reporting

  • Work closely with sales, marketing, product and support teams to align service delivery with client expectations.

  • Prepare regular reports on portfolio performance, market insights, client opportunities, and ongoing initiatives.

Work Environment

This role is typically field-based within corporate enterprises, Hospitals & Diagnostic center involving frequent communication with both internal teams and external clients.
