- Strong knowledge about land documents (CS, RS, SA, BRS, Khatian, Mouza, Dag, Registration
- Process etc.).
- Proven record of achieving land/plot booking & collection targets.
- Strong field sales and client handling capability.
- Ability to support team management and monitor sales performance.
- Excellent negotiation and deal closing skills.

Responsibilities & Context:
- Assist the Sales Manager in setting monthly and yearly land/plot sales targets.
- Lead and supervise the sales team to achieve booking and collection targets.
- Develop field-based sales strategy for land client acquisition.
- Generate quality leads and supervise prospect follow-up.
- Arrange and monitor site visits and project visits for land buyers.
- Ensure proper land booking documentation and registration support.
- Monitor installment collection and client follow-up.
- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly land sales reports and submit to management.
- Maintain updated sales pipeline and customer database.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with land investors and repeat buyers.
- Support closing high-value land deals when required.
