Job Responsibilities:
- Monitor distributors’ day-to-day business transactions and coordinate with relevant stakeholders to achieve sales targets.
- Work closely with the Department Head to implement sales forecasts and strategies in the assigned area.
- Visit marketplaces to identify new business opportunities and recommend the appointment of new distributors in uncovered areas.
- Collect market information and prepare daily and weekly reports for management review.
- Maintain accurate records with strong documentation practices.
- Build and maintain strong professional networks.
- Demonstrate a proactive mindset and the ability to perform effectively under challenging situations.
