Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Responsible for control and recruitment of the dump truck driver and helper.
∎ Responsible for preparing daily Dump Truck schedule as per senior authority instructions.
∎ Responsible for Selecting the route and controlling fuel consumption, according to the trip of the dump truck.
∎ Responsible for preparing and delivering the Dump truck staff food bill, toll bill, fuel cost, and other bills to the head office after every project's completion.
∎ Responsible for making dump truck physical condition reports after finishing every project.
∎ Responsible for monitoring the cleanliness and maintenance aspects of all dump trucks.
∎ Responsible for checking all dump truck documents and insurance papers.
∎ Responsible for monitoring & reviewing the accountability, records, and documentation of all dump trucks.
∎ Responsible for work as per instructions from the head office.
∎ We are looking for a detail-oriented Dump Truck Operations Executive/Sr. Executive to work efficiently in the Dump Truck department, who will work with integrity, hard work, and perseverance. He will properly record and maintain all the dump trucks of Madina Maritime Limited. Madina Maritime Limited is a sister concern of the Madina Group.
