Job Context:
∎ We seek an experienced individual for the role of CAD Executive. The candidate should be able to acquire reputable buyers for the newly established company.
∎ Nannu Apparels Limited, a subsidiary of Nannu Group, is a 100% export-oriented knit composite initiative. It is a sister concern of prominent companies such as Nannu Spinning Mills Limited (Yarn Production: 92 tons/day), Nannu Textiles Mills Limited (Fabric Production: 153 million meters/year), Bexi Fabrics, etc. We are searching for ambitious, talented, and seasoned individuals to establish this project to be one of the best in the country.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Make Manual & computer patterns as per the requirement given by the respective buyer and ensure timely delivery of patterns.
∎ To ensure the duties and responsibilities of subordinates as vested on them according to the organizational policy;
∎ Set the best layout of pattern pieces to minimize waste of fabric
∎ To ensure proper planning to assure smooth operation within the team
∎ Keeping and checking sketches, sample articles, patterns and design specifications to determine quantities, shapes and sizes of pattern parts and to determine the amount of fabric required to make product consumption.
∎ Arrangement of briefing, training, coordinating, controlling and taking the timely decision
∎ Guide the CAD Team to ensure accurate consumption is achieved within deadline.
∎ Communicate with Teach Team QAs, Merchandisers, Business Heads and Factory management about any technical issues related to consumption.
∎ Check Tech Packs to make sure the design has all details as on BOM sheet and vice versa.
∎ To take an active role while formulating the policy of the factory
∎ Provide consumption before price negotiation of orders and fabric booking.
∎ Check samples to ensure the style is correct according to buyer's requirement Follow each style PP-Sample & Size Set approval in Factory before the start of production.
∎ Check patterns before production starts & guide factories on Cutting Plan Re-check & confirm Graded Specs before QA Files are released to factory.
∎ Maintain CAD Documents archive & retrieval for project CAD Software Inventory.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Must have to Operate GEMINI software version 19,
∎ Must have to proper Knowledge About an OPTITEX, version 21,
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Sample CAD
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Knit Garments
∎ At least 5 years' experience as a "CAD Executive" in any garment Factory.
∎ Excellent communication skills in English.
∎ Must have good interpersonal skills to maintain effective and satisfactory working relationships with al the parties.
∎ Must have excellent critical thinking and analytical skills.
∎ Must have advanced computer skills.
∎ Must have strong knowledge about CAD.
∎ Must have sound knowledge about product costing & pricing process/procedure.
