Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc)
∎ B.Sc/ M.Sc in CSE/ CSI/ ETE or IT related professional certification
∎ Candidates having Training certification in A+, CompTIA, MCSA, CCNA, RHCE will get preference
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 4 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Configure and install software, servers, routers and other network devices.
∎ Perform network assessments, network performance, integrity and security audits.
∎ Participate in the administration and maintenance of the remote monitoring and management system, update agent scripts, respond to alerts, Monitor dashboard and periodic system review.
∎ Deploy and troubleshoot asterisk based server and VOIP technologies.
∎ Work with project and management team to engineer projects. Identify new products and solutions and research solutions for existing setup.
∎ Document maintenance for all computer systems and network infrastructure. Communication with customers as required: keeping them informed of incident progress, notifying them of impending changes or agreed outages.
∎ Be available for other engineers and coach them to resolution.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 35 years
∎ Candidates need to have good knowledge in WAN,LAN,Routers,Firewalls,Security,Internal systems,cloud and network infrastructure. Microsoft related technologies,Windows server,Active directory,Exchange,SQL, Virtualization technologies,VMware,Remote access solution support,VPN,Terminal services,VDI/PCOIP. Monitoring and system alerts.
∎ Strong problem-solving skills
